Bo Forsberg has more than 20 years of experience with franchising. He has made a career out of creating results within all types of job functions of Franchise Operations, including as a business consultant, Market Manager, COO and Head of Operations with the responsibility for, amongst others, franchise operations- and development. In addition, Bo has been a franchisee for several years and an Advisory Board member as the Danish representative for McDonald’s franchisees in Europe. Bo Zoffmann has been working with franchising since 1990, amongst others as a finance director, franchise manager and franchise consultant in relation to Danish and international franchising.
