FranchisePartner established the contact between Carl’s Jr. and Danish Supermarket. The contact led to the establishment of Carl’s Jr. in Bilka in Denmark.
Cold Stone Creamery
FranchisePartner established contact between Danish master franchisors and Cold Stone Creamery. Cold Stone Creamery was rapidly represented in several Danish cities after the opening in Tivoli.
FranchisePartner advised on establishing the franchise concept for the German market. Defining the concept structure, assisting in preparing the manual and establishing contact with German lawyers to draft the contract.
FranchisePartner and Kirppu entered a very effective cooperation, where the concept was dismantled to atoms and reassembled, with a clear focus on Best Practice, core values and successful behavior. FranchisePartner assisted in preparing the franchise concept and writing the manual. We were involved in training new and existing franchisees.
Dress Partner AMBA decided to create a franchise concept, which was called MEN A/S. Bo Zoffmann was asked to be a part of the board, which he was part of for 1 ½ years. Subsequently, Bo Zoffmann was invited to be a part of Dress Partner AMBA’s board as the first member to be recruited internally.

FranchisePartner was involved in the recruitment of franchisees. Furthermore, we were active in finding a new franchisee for an existing store.
FranchisePartner analysed Poda’s franchise concept and made recommendations for the development of the concept. Today we are part of Poda’s board.
We have been employed at McDonald’s Denmark through the 90s and were greatly involved in the expansion from 10 restaurants in 1990 to 100 in 2000. We were involved in finding the right locations, recruiting franchisees, building the restaurants, opening the restaurants, the operation, the operation support and the financial follow-up. Overall, we have an in-depth experience with all functions within a chain like McDonald’s.
